Potomac Valley Hospital Medical Laboratory Services..

Potomac Valley Hospital has a full service laboratory that is staffed 24 hours, seven days a week, for inpatient and emergency patient care. Our hospital based outpatient service is staffed from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day. We also staff an off-site phlebotomy drawing station at 566 South Mineral Street – Dr. Bokil’s office - from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday each week.

Any patient with a valid physician=s order from any physician, either on staff at PVH or not on staff, is welcome to visit the Potomac Valley Hospital Laboratory for their lab work. Results will be called, faxed, or mailed to the ordering physician as is appropriate.

We maintain a large and comprehensive testing menu and can provide same-day
turn around times on in-house testing. All testing not done in-house is referred to our
reputable reference laboratories.
